PSYCHOLOGY, MADE POCKET - SIZED
For when life feels too much.
Hi, I'm Millie, a psychologist, teacher, mum and the person behind The Pocket Psychologist. This is a calm corner of the internet where overwhelming feelings get a little more manageable and the psychology actually starts to make sense.
Where To Start
There's no wrong way in. Pick whatever feels right for where you are today.
The Pocket 3
My free weekly newsletter lands in your inbox every Sunday evening, three small things to help you reset and feel a little steadier about the week ahead. The perfect antidote to the Sunday night feeling.
Courses
When you're ready for more than a Sunday email, my Pocket Psychologist Pep Talk Mini Course is here whenever you are. My nervous system course, The Nervous System Reset, is coming soon.
Therapy
My practice, Millie Hardie Psychology offers online therapy across Australia, through a small team of psychologists I've personally chosen for their alignment with my approach. My books are full, but my team would love to support you.
A LITTLE ABOUT ME
I’m Millie…
I'm a psychologist, a teacher and a mum of two, living on a farm in rural NSW with a border collie named Bear, a retired therapy dog who officially worked as one.
I started The Pocket Psychologist because good mental health support shouldn't only happen behind a closed clinic door.
I believe we don't fix our mental health so much as tend to it, gently and over time, the way my mum always tended her garden.
STAY IN MY POCKET
Three Small Things, Every Sunday.
I send The Pocket 3 each week to help you feel a little steadier through the days ahead. It's free, and you can leave any time.
