Hi, I’m Millie
A telehealth psychologist, teacher, and mum of two, living on a farm in rural NSW.
If you’ve found yourself here, it’s probably because something inside feels off. Maybe it’s been that way for a while. Maybe you’re holding a lot, for your family, for your work, for everyone else, and wondering when it’s your turn to feel okay. This space is for that. It’s for you.
OUR APPROACH
I believe mental health isn’t something we fix, it’s something we tend to, like a garden.
We work with people of all ages, kids, teens, adults, older adults, and every session is grounded in compassion, curiosity, and a deep respect for your story.
Whether you're battling anxiety, feeling overwhelmed, or just don't quite feel like yourself anymore, we want you to know there's support that meets you where you are.
I started The Pocket Psychologist because I believe good mental health support shouldn't only happen behind a closed clinic door.
That's why, alongside my practice, you'll find free tools, a weekly newsletter, and courses here too, for whatever stage you're at.
My own books are currently full and I'm not running a waitlist, but my practice is supported by a small team of psychologists I've personally chosen, because their approach aligns closely with mine. If you're ready to start therapy, I'd love to introduce you to them.
Bear The Dog, retired but still very much on the team.
Bear has officially retired from his therapy dog duties, but his comforting presence is never far away. Over the years, he brought warmth and support to countless people, visiting hospitals, retirement homes, and schools, he even made it onto the news.
These days he spends most of his time on the farm, but he still makes the occasional guest appearance in the office. And for those joining via telehealth, don't be surprised if he's quietly listening in the background, offering his usual calm support from afar.
Thank you, Bear, for your years of service, and for still keeping an eye, and an ear, on things.
